NV: An Act Relating to Sexual Deviants — Expanding Genetic Marker Testing (SB 192, Ch. 256, Statutes of Nevada 1995)

Increased the penalty for certain sex crimes, provided for lifetime supervision of certain sex offenders, and expanded the definition of 'sexual offense' for purposes of requiring sex offenders to have their blood and saliva tested for inclusion in the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History; required the Attorney General to adopt guidelines for notification of the release of sex offenders from confinement. Amended NRS 176.0913. Approved June 16, 1995.
