Concurrent resolution suspending, until sixty days after final adjournment of the 2000 Regular Session, provisions of Chapter 6-A of Title 15 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes (the DNA Detection of Sexual and Violent Offenders Act, Acts 1997, No. 737). Effective June 21, 1999. It appears alongside Acts 1997, No. 737 in the statutory citation for every section of the chapter and effectively confirmed or adjusted the September 1, 1999 operational date.
