Statutory housekeeping act repealing various obsolete provisions. Its only change to § 943.325, F.S., was to update a cross-reference in subsection (10)(c) from 's. 775.13(5)' to 's. 775.13(6)' after the same act repealed § 775.13(4) and renumbered the remaining subsections. No substantive change to DNA collection requirements. Effective upon becoming law, June 19, 2000.
