Amended § 943.325, F.S., to add burglary (§ 810.02) to the offenses triggering mandatory DNA collection — the first categorical expansion beyond sex offenses — and clarified that persons on probation, community control, or any other court-ordered supervision for a qualifying offense must submit blood specimens even without a specific court order. Gave the state attorney a mechanism to seek an amended judgment where the sentencing court failed to include the DNA collection order. Effective July 1, 2000.
