Forensic Genetic Genealogy Legislation

Establishes and funds a forensic genetic genealogy (FGG) pilot program through Wyoming's Division of Criminal Investigation, funding both direct FGG analysis and grants to law enforcement agencies to generate investigative leads or identify human remains. Appropriates $150,000 from the general fund; effective July 1, 2024 (program sunsets June 30, 2029).
