Department of Forensic Science regulations for arrestee sample collection. Require use of an internet-accessible DNA data bank sample tracking system to determine whether a sample already exists, collection using DFS-specified buccal sample kits, sealed tamper-resistant containers, and submission via the tracking system's prelog function or a completed submission form. Also govern notification of final disposition.
