Rapid DNA Binding Standards

Implements the Rapid DNA Act of 2017 under 34 U.S.C. 12591(a)(5). Sets requirements for integrating Rapid DNA analysis into the booking environment, including State CODIS Agency approval before a booking agency may operate a Rapid DNA booking system.
