Department of Health regulations promulgated under R.I. Gen. Laws 12-1.5-3(2), establishing minimum standards for collection, submission, identification, analysis, storage and disposition of DNA samples and typing results for criminal investigation and humanitarian identification. Incorporates by reference the FBI 'Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories' (Sept. 1, 2011) and RIDOH Division of Laboratories Standard Operating Procedures (Jan. 2017).
