Made conforming amendments to Penal Code §§ 298.2 (penalties for facilitating a wrongfully attributed sample or tampering with a DNA profile) and 299.5 (confidentiality and authorized disclosure of DNA and forensic identification profiles) as part of the 2011 Public Safety Realignment Act. Ch. 15; chaptered April 4, 2011 (superseded by AB 117, Ch. 39).
