New Hampshire Department of Safety rules for the state DNA database under RSA 651-C:3, II, in five parts (Saf-C 6701-6705). Purpose is to establish procedures for dissemination of DNA database information on samples collected under RSA 651-C and for expungement of database records. Definitions include the CODIS administrator, a forensic laboratory employee responsible for administration and security of the laboratory's CODIS. The NH State Police Forensic Laboratory maintains the state CODIS indices.
