Department of State Police regulations governing testing and analysis, quality assurance, and computerized storage, retrieval and dissemination of information in the State DNA Database established by M.G.L. c. 22E, s. 2. Sections 2.01-2.08 include quality assurance, computerized storage and retrieval, the right of subjects to access and review records, and use and dissemination agreements.
