Amended Juli's Law (A.C.A. § 12-12-1006(a)(2)) to add rape (§ 5-14-103) to the offenses for which a DNA sample must be taken from an arrested person at the receiving criminal detention facility, joining capital murder, first-degree murder, kidnapping, and first- and second-degree sexual assault. Contained an emergency clause. Act 699 of 2011. Effective upon approval March 24, 2011.
