IN: An Act Establishing the Indiana DNA Sample Processing Fund (HEA 1113, P.L. 176-2005, 2005)

Adds IC 10-13-6-9.5 creating the DNA sample processing fund to finance the collection, shipment, analysis, and preservation of DNA samples and the operation of the Indiana DNA data base program; provides that the fund is administered by the superintendent of the state police, that administrative expenses are paid from the fund, that the treasurer of state invests idle balances, and that money in the fund does not revert to the state general fund at the close of the fiscal year.
