Permanently eliminates the statute of limitations for several major sexual offenses. Recent enacted legislation.

Added pre-conviction arrest-based DNA collection for enumerated violent felonies; mandatory collection from registered sex offenders; raised the analysis fee from $200 to $250; elevated the refusal penalty to a Class 4 felony; added fingerprint submission and the 'mistake does not invalidate a match' protection. Effective January 1, 2012.
