UT: DNA Database Amendments (HB 212, 2006)

Expanded Utah's DNA collection trigger from felonies (plus a few enumerated class A misdemeanors) to all class A misdemeanor convictions, amending Utah Code § 53-10-403; also raised the offender-paid collection/processing fee from $75 to $100, increasing the sheriff's retained share from $15 to $20 with $80 deposited in the DNA Specimen Restricted Account.
