Core Database Legislation

Authorizes the Director of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences to establish a DNA database system based on genetic markers; provides for collection, testing, and storage of DNA samples from convicted felons and the creation and exchange of DNA records; establishes the Alabama DNA Database Fund.
