Section 158 amends § 2 of the DNA Sample Collection Act of 2001 by adding new paragraphs (45A), (45B) and (45C) to the qualifying-offense list — respectively, act of terrorism (§ 102(1) of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2002), manufacture or possession of a weapon of mass destruction (§ 104), and use, dissemination, or detonation of a weapon of mass destruction (§ 105) — and conforms the attempt/conspiracy catch-all in paragraph (46) to run through “(45C).” The parent act created the District's terrorism offenses at D.C. Official Code §§ 22-3151 to 22-3156. These paragraphs survive nowhere in current law because D.C. Law 18-88 later deleted the entire enumerated list.
