Permanently eliminates the statute of limitations for several major sexual offenses. Recent enacted legislation.

Companion to SB 13 (P.L. 69-2005); amended IC 10-13-6-8 and IC 10-13-6-10 to expand Indiana's DNA data base collection mandate to all felony convictions (not just violent felonies and burglary) for convictions after June 30, 2005, and added a provision that a database match is not invalidated if the DNA sample was obtained or placed in the data base by mistake.
