Amended § 23-3-620 to add burglary in the second degree (§ 16-11-312(A)) to the enumerated offenses for which a person convicted or adjudicated delinquent on or after July 1, 2000 must provide a DNA sample for the State DNA Database, collected at intake to jail/prison, as a condition of a non-confinement sentence, or before parole/release. Act 99 of 2001 (S 492); approved and effective August 31, 2001.
