Reorganized Idaho state law enforcement, renaming the Department of Law Enforcement the Idaho State Police and reassigning duties throughout the code; for DNA purposes it amended the DNA Database Act (§§ 19-5502, 19-5503) to transfer responsibility for managing the DNA program, collecting samples, and operating the statewide database and databank to the Idaho State Police (an administrative change, not an expansion of who must submit DNA).
