Expanded Ohio DNA collection from an enumerated list of felonies to ALL felonies: amended R.C. 2901.07 so a specimen must be collected from any person convicted of or pleading guilty to any felony (plus specified misdemeanors), reworking divisions (B), (D), and (E), adding collection by county probation departments and the adult parole authority, and covering offenders on community control, probation, and post-release control; also extended by one year the period for certain inmates to request post-conviction DNA testing. HB 525; effective May 18, 2005.
