Comprehensive overhaul of juvenile records/expungement law; amended R.S. 15:614(B) to tie DNA-record removal to the Children's Code Title XXXIV / Articles 917-926 expungement framework, requiring a certified court order of expungement before State Police must purge a person's DNA record.
