TN: An Act Changing DNA Specimen Forwarding Procedures to the TBI (SB 57, Acts 1995, ch. 11, 1995)

Amended T.C.A. § 40-35-321(b)-(c) to change the forwarding of biological specimens for DNA analysis so they are transmitted to the TBI by the agency or entity collecting the specimen, replacing forwarding by the court or by the jail administrator.
