Appropriated $1,386,572 to the Department of Public Safety for Rapid DNA Technology operating expenses of the State Crime Laboratory, plus $369,460 for a Rapid ID Jump Start Package, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. Emergency clause; effective July 1, 2023 (approved April 4, 2023). Act 466 of 2023 (SB 334).
