Amended 74 O.S. § 150.27 to authorize OSBI to contract for the services of a Forensic DNA Technical Manager as reasonably necessary to ensure continued operation of the DNA laboratory, exempting such contracts from the competitive-bidding requirements of the Central Purchasing Act. Laws 2006, c. 303. Effective November 1, 2006.
