OK: An Act Amending the OSBI DNA Laboratory Statute (HB 2031, Laws 1994, c. 35, 1994)

Amended 74 O.S. §§ 150.24 and 150.27 to authorize OSBI to place any fingerprint received for any purpose in its AFIS database and to make a DNA profile of any blood specimen received for any purpose and place it in a DNA population database; the database may not be indexed by donor name, and OSBI must adopt rules protecting donor privacy. Laws 1994, c. 35, § 2. Effective September 1, 1994.
