Consolidated Idaho's child sexual exploitation offenses (rewriting § 18-1507 and repealing § 18-1507A) and made a conforming amendment to § 19-5506 of the DNA Database Act, revising the qualifying-offense list so DNA sample and thumbprint collection is triggered by conviction for sexual exploitation of a child under § 18-1507 (rather than the repealed possession offense under § 18-1507A). Laws 2012, ch. 269.
